Notice of Restoration of Trading and Admission of New Ordinary Shares
Windar Photonics plc (AIM:WPHO), the technology group that has developed a LiDAR assisted Monitoring and Optimisation solution across multiple wind turbine platforms, announces that the Company's recent £5.1m Fundraising, subject to Admission of the New Ordinary Shares, resolves the original concerns relating to the Group's financial condition which resulted in the ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") being temporarily suspended from trading on AIM, effective 10.30 a.m. on 17 June 2026.
Accordingly, the Ordinary Shares will be restored to trading at 7.30 a.m. on Tuesday 1 September 2026, followed by admission of the New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Fundraising at 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday 1 September 2026.
Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the announcement made at 3:21pm on 24 August 2026.
