The Notes are admitted to the official list of the FCA and to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange.

This announcement may contain inside information and is made by the Issuer pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (the "Market Abuse Regulation") and Regulation (EU) 2016/1055 (the "Implementing Technical Standards") relating thereto and each of the Market Abuse Regulation and the Implementing Technical Standards as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended and/or supplemented from time to time).

Capitalised terms used, but not defined herein, shall have the meaning given thereto in the Prospectus dated 27 November 2023.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Notes will be redeemed in full by the Issuer on 22 September 2026 (being the Interest Payment Date falling in September 2026) and the Issuer will accordingly request the Financial Conduct Authority to cancel the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc to cancel the admission to trading of the Notes on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 22 September 2026.
