THIS ANNOUNCEMENT RELATES TO THE DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION THAT QUALIFIED OR MAY HAVE QUALIFIED AS INSIDE INFORMATION WITHIN THE MEANING OF ARTICLE 7(1) OF THE MARKET ABUSE REGULATION (EU) 596/2014 AS IT FORMS PART OF DOMESTIC LAW BY VIRTUE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION (WITHDRAWAL) ACT 2018.

Notice of Redemption

U.S.$500,000,000 Additional Tier 1 Capital Certificates (ISIN: XS2348422424) (the "Certificates") issued by Dukhan Tier 1 Sukuk Limited (the "Issuer")

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this Notice shall have the meanings given to them in the terms and conditions of the Certificates (the "Conditions").

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Certificates that all outstanding Certificates will be fully redeemed by the Issuer on 14 July 2026 (the "Redemption Date") at the Trustee Call Amount, being a price equal to 100 per cent. of the outstanding Prevailing Face Amount of the Certificate together with any Outstanding Payments, in accordance with Condition 10.1(b) of the Certificates.

Accordingly, the Issuer will request the listing of the Certificates on the Official List of the FCA and the admission of the Certificates to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc be cancelled with effect on or after the Redemption Date.
