Notice of General Meeting for next Rule 9 Waiver

 

J D Wetherspoon plc (the "Company") announces today that it has posted to shareholders a shareholder circular (the "Circular") containing details of the next proposed Rule 9 waiver and proposed new authority for the Company to make market purchases of Ordinary Shares, together with a notice convening a general meeting of the Company to be held on 23 July 2026.
