Notice of Full Year Results Date

ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or "the Group"), the UK's leading direct-to-consumer specialist kitchenware brand, will issue its Annual Results for the 52 weeks ended 29 March 2026 on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 at 07:00 BST.

ProCook's management will host an in-person presentation for analysts and institutional investors at 09:00 BST at Singer Capital Markets' offices, 1 Bartholomew Ln, London, EC2N 2AX, on the day. For those who are unable to attend the presentation in person, a live webcast will also be available.

A recording of the Annual Results webcast will also be made available on the ProCook website.
