This document is important and requires your immediate attention. If you have sold or transferred any of your shares in Goldman Sachs EUR Investment Grade Corporate Bond Active UCITS ETF and/or Goldman Sachs USD Investment Grade Corporate Bond Active UCITS ETF (collectively, the "Funds"), sub-funds of Goldman Sachs ETF ICAV (the "ICAV"), please pass this document at once to the purchaser or transferee or to the investment professional, bank or other agent through whom the sale or transfer was effected for transmission to the purchaser or transferee as soon as possible. If you are a custodian, nominee, intermediary or other platform provider, please pass this document on to the beneficial owner of the Shares.

This notice has not been reviewed by the Central Bank of Ireland (the "Central Bank") and it is possible that changes thereto may be necessary to meet the Central Bank's requirements. The directors (the "Directors") of the ICAV are of the opinion that there is nothing contained in this notice nor in the proposals detailed herein that conflicts with the guidance issued by and regulations of the Central Bank. Terms not defined in this letter have the same meaning given to them in the prospectus for the ICAV dated 9 January 2026 (the "Prospectus") and the supplement for the Funds dated 26 January 2026 or 9 January 2026, respectively, (collectively, the "Supplements").

We are writing to you in your capacity as a Shareholder in the Funds to inform you that following a recommendation from the Investment Manager, Goldman Sachs Asset Management International, the Total Expense Ratio ("TER") applicable from or around 1 May 2026 to the Funds is amended as follows:
