NOTICE OF DELISTING

The Issuer refers to the admission to listing of the Notes on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and as described in the supplementary listing particulars dated 3 February 2003 (as amended and restated from time to time) relating to the Notes.

Pursuant to (i) a deed of substitution and amendment dated 3 September 2026 between, amongst others, the Single Platform Investment Repackaging Entity SA, acting in respect of its Compartment 2026-347 ("SPIRE") and BofA Securities Europe SA and (ii) a deed of termination dated 3 September 2026 between, amongst others, the Issuer and Bank of America, N.A., SPIRE has substituted the Issuer as principal debtor in respect of the Notes and assumed all of the Issuer's rights, obligations and liabilities in respect of the Notes and the Issuer's role as principal debtor in respect of the Notes has been terminated.

The Issuer hereby gives notice of its intention that the Notes be withdrawn from listing on the Official List and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, and requests that such withdrawal be effected.

This notice is given by the Issuer.
