Absa Group Limited (the "Issuer") Notice of Delisting of the U.S.$ 500,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Write-Off Notes (ISIN: XS2339102878) (Common Code: 233910287) (the "Notes")

Further to the announcement made on 06 May 2026, the Issuer announces that the listing of the Notes on the debt and debt-like securities listing category of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and the admission to trading of the Notes on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") have now been cancelled with effect from 8:00 a.m. (BST) today.
