· a circular relating to the business of, and incorporating a notice convening, its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM Circular"); and
· forms of proxy for the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM Circular has been posted to shareholders, submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. Its investment objective is to undertake a managed wind-down of the Company and realise all existing assets in the Company's portfolio in an orderly manner.
The Company's portfolio comprises a diversified portfolio of predominantly UK based asset back loans which have contracted, predictable medium to long term cash flows and/or physical assets.
