NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Company announces that its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 9 June 2026 at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH. The following documents (as applicable) have been mailed to shareholders or otherwise made available today:
- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("Annual Report");
- Notice of AGM; and
- Form of Proxy.
The Company's formal Notice of AGM and Annual Report will be available on the Company's corporate website at www.d9infrastructure.com
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R copies of the documents have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
