Notice of AGM

Helix Exploration PLC (AIM: HEX, OTCQB: HEXFF), the helium exploration and development company advancing the Rudyard Helium Project ("Rudyard") in northern Montana, announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been sent to shareholders of the Company, convening a meeting to be held at Eccleston Yards, 25 Eccleston Place, SW1W 9NF, London on 28 May 2026 at 3pm.

AGM Webinar

To allow Shareholders the opportunity to follow the proceedings of the AGM without attending in person, the Company will provide access online via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform.

Shareholders are invited to submit questions for the Board to consider. Questions can be pre submitted via the IMC platform up until 09.00 the day before the meeting and can be submitted at any time during the AGM itself.

Please note: Shareholders will not be able to vote online and are requested to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.

Helix Exploration is a helium exploration company focused on the exploration and development of helium deposits within the 'Montana Helium Fairway'. Founded by industry experts with extensive experience of helium systems in the US, the Company listed in April 2024.

Helix is focused on production at its Rudyard Project in northern Montana, taking advantage of existing infrastructure and low-cost processing. The Company has four production wells targeting up to 236ft Helium / Nitrogen gas in the Souris and Red River formations, flowing up to 3,800 Mcf/day at 1.2% helium. Rudyard field can support multiple production wells and has potential to generate net revenue of $115 - $220 million over a 12.5 year life of field.
