Publication of Annual Report and Accounts, publication of Notice of Annual General Meeting and Non-Executive Director Retirement

Following the release, on 17 June 2026, of its Final Results for the year ended 31 March 2026, the Company announces that is has today published its 2026 Annual Report and Accounts and that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 4.00pm on 24 September 2026 at Gibson Dunn's offices at Telephone House, 2-4 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0HB.

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing here.

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting will also be shortly available to view on the Company's corporate website at www.ao-world.com/investor-centre/reports-and-presentations.

The Company also announces that Chris Hopkinson will be stepping down from his position as Non-Executive Director on 24 September 2026 and will, therefore, not be seeking re-election at the Annual General Meeting. The Board thanks Chris for his significant contribution to the Board and it's working over his 20+ years tenure as a Non-Executive Director.
