Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP), the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring, announces that it has today posted the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The AGM will be held at the offices of Brown Rudnick LLP, 8 Clifford Street, London, W1S 2LQ on 4 September 2026 at 1.00 p.m.
