Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading provider of cloud, network and security managed communications services, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 11:00 a.m. on 30 June 2026 at 25 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6AE.

The Notice of AGM has been posted today, 3 June 2026, to those shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications. Electronic copies will be shortly available on the Company's website at https://www.maintel.co.uk/investors/financial-results-shareholder-communication/.
