Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that further to the release of its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2026 on 30 July 2026, the Company confirms that the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") is being posted to shareholders today.

AGM Arrangements

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW at 10.00am on Friday 25 September 2026.

Shareholders are encouraged to vote on the resolutions to be put to the AGM by proxy. Instructions on how to lodge a proxy vote are set out in the "Notes" section of the notice of AGM.
