Pennpetro Energy Plc (LSE: PPP), the company focused on developing strategic energy projects, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is to be held on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 at 14.30 UK time at The Clubhouse, St. James's, 8 St James's Square, London, SW1Y 4JU.
The Notice of AGM, containing the full details of the AGM and the resolutions to be addressed at the AGM, has been sent to shareholders today along with a Form of Proxy and the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026.
