Getech (AIM: GTC), a world-leading locator of subsurface resources, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited located at One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL on Tuesday 02 June 2026 at 10:00 am.
The Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.getech.com. Hard copies of these documents will be sent to shareholders who have elected to receive them by post.
