Notice of Annual General Meeting

Metlen announces its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("2026 AGM"), to be held at 11am (EEST) on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 8 Artemidos St., Maroussi, 151 25 Athens, Greece.

The Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("Notice") and the Form of Proxy are available on the Company's website at www.metlen.com/investor-relations/general-meetings/. Additionally, the 2025 Integrated Annual Report, published on 9 April 2026, can be accessed at https://www.metlen.com/investor-relations/financial-results/.

The 2026 AGM will be held as a physical meeting. Further details on how to join or watch the AGM can be found within the Notice.

National Storage Mechanism

In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, a copy of each of the documents below is being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. In addition, they are being submitted to the Athens Stock Exchange in Greece and will be available for inspection at https://www.athexgroup.gr.
