2026 Annual General Meeting

Bravura Solutions Limited (AIM:BVS) ("Bravura" or the "Company") advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 3 November 2026. Further details in respect of the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting to be dispatched to shareholders.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. The closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 15 September 2026.
