Notice of Annual General Meeting - update regarding shortening of the blocking period required for voting via ATHEX

Further to the Company's announcement on 15 April 2026 regarding the publication of the notice of the Annual General Meeting (the "Notice"), the Company has uploaded an updated version of the Notice following further discussions with the Athens Stock Exchange ("ATHEX").

The Company is pleased to announce that ATHEX has confirmed that shareholders holding ordinary shares through ATHEXCSD will only be required to block their shares for the purposes of attendance and voting until the record date of Tuesday 19 May 2026, rather than the date of the AGM, being 21 May 2026. Furthermore, the numbering of the explanatory notes has been updated to run consecutively.

The updated Notice is available on the Company's website at https://www.metlen.com/investor-relations/general-meetings/. Additionally, the 2025 Integrated Annual Report, published on 9 April 2026, remains accessible at https://www.metlen.com/investor-relations/financial-results/.

In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, a copy of the updated Notice is being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. In addition, it is being submitted to ATHEX in Greece and will be available for inspection at https://www.athexgroup.gr.

The Company notes that the Notice has yet to be sent to shareholders electronically and posted to shareholders who have elected to receive printed copies of the Notice, and such shareholders will therefore receive the updated Notice, associated documents and the 2025 Integrated Annual Report.
