Notice of AGM and Annual Report
Vertu Motors (AIM: VTU), the automotive retailer with a network of 191 sales outlets across the UK, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the registered offices of the Company at Vertu House, Fifth Avenue Business Park, Team Valley, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, NE11 0XA at 10.00am on 24 June 2026.
On 22 May 2026, copies of the Group's Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM were dispatched to those shareholders who have requested hard copy documents, and were made available on the Group's website at investors.vertumotors.com.

Vertu Motors was established in November 2006 with the strategy to consolidate the UK motor retail sector. It is intended that the Group will continue to acquire motor retail operations to grow a scaled dealership group.
