ODYSSEAN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

Odyssean Investment Trust PLC is pleased to announce that the Notice of its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is now available to view on the Company's website at: https://www.oitplc.com.

The AGM will be held at 12:00pm on Thursday, 10 September 2026, at 6 Stratton Street, London, W1J 8LD.

The formal Notice of AGM will be posted to those shareholders who have elected postal correspondence and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

Proposed AGM Arrangements

The Board welcomes the opportunity to engage with those shareholders in the Company who choose to attend the AGM this year.

The AGM will proceed as set out below:

- The AGM will be held in person at: 6 Stratton Street, London W1J 8LD;

- The Board and representatives of Odyssean Capital LLP will be present at the AGM;

- Shareholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the AGM by sending these questions to [email protected] on or before Thursday, 3 September 2026;

- the votes on the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM will be conducted on a poll and the Chair of the meeting will vote in the poll in accordance with the proxies held; and

- the results of the poll votes will be published as soon as possible following the conclusion of the AGM by way of a Regulatory Information Service ("RIS") announcement and on www.oitplc.com.
