Notice of Annual General Meeting
European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX and AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY and EMHLF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") advises that it has today published the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice") which will be held at the Ground Floor, 41 Colin Street, West Perth, Western Australia on Friday, 29 May 2026 at 4.00pm (AWST) (9.00am BST) ("Meeting").
Shareholders will be able to participate in person at the Meeting. For more information on Shareholder questions and how to vote, refer to the Notice of Meeting. Should you have any further questions in relation to the Notice, please email [email protected].
The Company advises that a poll will be conducted for each of the Resolutions.
