The Issuer notifies the Holders of the Notes that:

1) On the Payment Date falling in February 2026 the Cash Manager was not informed of a principal shortfall of £66,559.27 resulting in incorrect amounts being taken into account in the calculation of the cash available for the principal payments waterfall.

2) To correct this error, the Cash Manager will undertake a recall of £66,559.27 principal paid to the Class S Note.

The Cash Manager will issue corrected Investor Reports for the February 2026 Payment Date.
