POLAR CAPITAL TECHNOLOGY TRUST PLC

The following amendments have been made to the Net Asset Values announcement released on 18th August 2026 at 13:03pm under RNS No 1786R.

The 31st July 2026 has been amended to 18th August 2026.

The close of business date 30th July 2026 has been amended to 17th August 2026.

The net asset value per share has been amended from 661.19p to 743.30p

All other details remain unchanged.

As at close of business on 17th August 2026 the unaudited net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current year deficit and based on bid market values) was 743.30p.
