We are delighted to report that on the 20 July 2026, all conditions having been satisfied, PXN Growth VCT plc (the "Company") completed the sale of its holding in Street Group Limited to Hg Capital. The sale generated a 4.4 times return on investment for the Company.

The transaction generated an uplift of 12.58 pence per share (12.86%) to the Company's unaudited NAV as at 30 April 2026. As a result, the effective unaudited NAV of the Company as at 20th July 2026 is 110.39 pence per share.

This revised unaudited NAV is only reflective of the Street Group Limited exit and does not reflect a revaluation of the entire wider portfolio.
