Interim Report and Invitation to Comment on Remedies: Completed acquisition by Vandmoortele Group of Délifrance S.A.
The CMA has provisionally found competition concerns as part of its in-depth investigation of the completed acquisition by Vandemoortele Group (Vandemoortele) of Délifrance S.A. (Délifrance). The deadline for submitting responses to the interim report is 5pm on Thursday 9 July 2026.
Following Vandemoortele's SLC Concession, the CMA has also published an Invitation to Comment on Remedies in parallel with this Interim Report in order to consult on possible action to remedy, mitigate or prevent the SLC and the resulting adverse effects provisionally identified. The deadline for submitting comments on possible remedies is 5pm on Thursday 25 June 2026.
