Completion of First Extended Final Maturity extension for Series 2024-1 Notes

We refer to the USD 2,100,000,000 Series 2024-1 Notes due 15th June 2032 issued by Prunelli Issuer I S.a.r.l under compartment 2024-1 with ISIN: XS2707631037 (the "Notes"). Capitalized terms used in this letter and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Series 2024-1 Global Note Certificate. 

We would like to inform that the First Extended Final Maturity extension process has now been completed with the Note's rating remaining unchanged. The First Extended Final Maturity date of the notes is effective, and the maturity date of the notes will be updated to 15th June 2034.

The Third Extension Period Margin of 1.50% per annum will be applicable for the next coupon period from 15th June 2026.
