Management Arrangements Update

Further to the Company's announcement of 5 May 2026, the Board announces that the notice period of the Company's investment adviser, Chrysalis Investment Partners LLP ("CIP") expired on 20 August 2026 and, with effect from today, the Company has transitioned to a self-managed model. The Board has been working with CIP in recent months to transition key operational functions and this process is now complete.
