The Company announces the following transaction in connection with one of its employee share plans.
Vesting of Long-Term Incentive Plan 2021 ("LTIP") awards
On 19 August 2026, awards granted under the LTIP over 49,676 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Shares") in March 2026 to Francis Van Parys, Chief Executive Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), as compensation for certain incentive awards forfeited on leaving his previous employer vested. The awards were satisfied through the issue of new Shares on 20 August 2026 as follows:
