Loan facility with GPLPF

 

As referred to in the announcement on 6 October 2025, UIL Limited's ("UIL") £24.0m loan facility from General Provincial Life Pension Fund Limited ("GPLPF") had an expiry date of 31 March 2026. As at that date UIL had drawn £1.0m of the facility. 

 

Since GPLPF holds 80.6% of UIL's ordinary shares it is therefore classified as a related party for the purposes of DTR 7.3 and a change to the expiry date is required to be announced. UIL has agreed with GPLPF to extend the maturity date to 30 September 2026. All other terms of the facility remain unchanged.
