Loan Facility
The Company announces that it has increased the amount available under its unsecured revolving credit facility ("RCF") with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited (London Branch) ("RBSI") from £10 million to £20 million.
The Company has this RCF for the purpose of pursuing its investment objective and it is currently available until 10 February 2027. It is expected that the RCF will be used in both the Growth Portfolio and the Income Portfolio.
