Early Closure of Offer Period

LendInvest Secured Income III plc (the "Issuer") announces that the Offer Period for the LendInvest Secured Income III plc 8.00% Notes due 2032 (the "Notes") will close at 2.30pm (London time) on 26 June 2026 (the "End of Offer Date"), such time and date being earlier than the originally scheduled end to the Offer Period which was 4.00 p.m. (London time) on 30 June 2026.

The results of the offer will be specified in the Final Terms Confirmation, which is expected to be made shortly after the End of Offer Date.

Defined terms used herein shall have the meanings attributed to them in the Final Terms dated 10 June 2026 in relation to the Notes.
