CEPS announces that, further to the announcement made on 6 July 2026, the shareholders of Milano International Limited ("Milano") resolved on 16 July 2026 to place Milano into creditors' voluntary liquidation. No objections were received from creditors to the appointment of the nominated Liquidators by the prescribed decision date and, accordingly, the shareholders' appointment of Milan Vuceljic and Michael Solomons of Moorfields Advisory Limited ("Moorfields") as Liquidators was ratified through the deemed consent procedure.

AIM Rule 17 Disclosure

Pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) (v) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Vivien Langford, Director of CEPS, was a director of Milano International Limited which was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 16 July 2026.
