Leverage Shares plc hereby gives notice of the appointment of Susquehanna International Securities Limited as an additional Authorised Participant to the Programme, with effect from 22 May 2026, pursuant to the terms of an Irish law governed authorised participant agreement dated 22 May 2026 and related and supplemental agreements.

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Master Definitions Schedule in relation to the Programme dated 17 July 2024.
