Leadership Team Changes

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry, today announces the following changes to its Company Leadership Team.

Chief Operating Officer

Matthew White has informed the Company of his decision to step down as Chief Operating Officer and from the Board with effect from 25 March 2027, in order to take a planned break from executive roles.  

Andrew Denton, Alfa's CEO said:

"I would like to thank Matthew for everything that he has done for Alfa over the last 27 years.  His results-focused and entrepreneurial approach, his clarity and vision, and his integrity and authenticity have all played a huge part in the growth and success of the Company.  

Matthew's most recent role as Chief Operating Officer since 2019 has been pivotal in our achievements as Alfa has transitioned into a SaaS company.  This role has included the development of the wider leadership team, and our confidence in the strength of that team as a platform for ongoing growth reflects the strength of Matthew's leadership.

We wish Matthew a well-deserved and enjoyable break, and we look forward to seeing the next steps in his career."
