This notice is sent to you as a shareholder of KraneShares ICAV. It is important and requires your immediate attention. If you are in any doubt as to the action to be taken, you should immediately consult your stockbroker, solicitor or attorney or other professional advisor. If you sold or otherwise transferred your holding in KraneShares ICAV, please send this notice to the stockbroker or other agent through whom the sale or transfer was effected for transmission to the purchaser or transferee.

This notice has not been reviewed by the Central Bank of Ireland (the "Central Bank") and it is possible that changes hereto may be necessary to meet the requirements of the Central Bank. The Directors are of the opinion that there is nothing contained in this notice nor in the proposals detailed herein that conflicts with the requirements of the Central Bank.

KraneShares ICAV (the "ICAV")

KraneShares Global Humanoid and Embodied Intelligence Index UCITS ETF (the "Fund")

We are writing to you as a shareholder in the Fund to inform you of some changes that are being made to the Fund as further described below.

Amendment to the name of the Fund

It is proposed to change the name of the Fund as set out below to better reflect the Fund's investment strategy and improve clarity for investors, including alignment with commonly used market terminology:

This change will take effect upon the noting by the Central Bank of the updated supplement in respect of the Fund (the "Supplement"), which is expected to be on 1 May 2026 or such later date as the updates to the Supplement are noted by the Central Bank.

Amendment to the name of the Fund's Index

In addition, the name of the Fund's Index is changing as set out below:

The change in the Index's name is expected to take effect on 16 June 2026 and will be reflected in the Fund's Supplement at the next available opportunity thereafter.
