Kinnevik AB (publ): Kinnevik AB's Nomination committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the instruction for the Nomination Committee adopted by the 2025 Annual General Meeting in Kinnevik AB (publ) ("Kinnevik"), the Chair of the Board Cristina Stenbeck has convened the Nomination Committee after consultation with Kinnevik's largest shareholders in terms of voting interest.

In addition to Cristina Stenbeck who serves as the Chair of the Board and convenor of the Nomination Committee, the composition will include Marie Klingspor (representing Wilhelm Klingspor, Amelie Klingspor and herself) and Erik Brändström (representing Spiltan Fonder). Marie Klingspor has been appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee and will lead the work of the Committee and present its findings for shareholders at the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
