Issue of Unlisted Options
European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH) ("European Metals" or the "Company") announces that it has issued of 5,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.25 on or before 31 December 2026 to Company consultants issued under the Company's employee incentive scheme.
The unlisted options carry no voting or dividend rights but are otherwise governed by standard terms and conditions.
Upon the exercise of options, and their conversion into ordinary shares, these ordinary shares will rank equally with existing fully paid ordinary shares, including the right to vote and receive dividends.
This announcement has been approved for release by the Board.
