The Company announces that it issued and allotted 8,241 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("New Ordinary Shares") for the purposes of satisfying options granted under the rules of the Cranswick 2023 Save As You Earn Plan. The New Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading under existing block admissions.
