Eclipse VCT plc07 February 2005 Eclipse VCT plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity Eclipse VCT plc announces that at a board meeting held on 7 February 2005,391,506 ordinary shares of 10 pence each were issued and allotted to 24subscribers at a price of 100 pence per share under the 2004/05 Offer forSubscription. The current issued share capital of the Company is now 31,288,880ordinary shares. Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UKListing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market forlisted securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.
