("Georgina", "Georgina Energy" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

The Company has issued 1,066,667 new ordinary shares ("Shares") of 1p par value at the current share price of 3.75 pence each to a service provider following a proposal to work in lieu of equity.

Admission and Total Voting Rights

The Company will seek admission of 1,066,667 new Ordinary Shares to trading on the Equity (transition) category of the Official List and the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 1 May 2026 ("Admission").

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that following Admission, the Company's enlarged share capital will comprise 128,660,654 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, following Admission, the above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
