Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

The Company today announces in respect of the month ended 31 May 2026, the issue of 380,808 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares"), following the exercise of options granted under the Company's share option plans and issuance of shares under certain of the Company's remuneration schemes.

Such Ordinary Shares were also admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the Company's block admission arrangements.

The Company's October 2021 block admission facility has now been fully utilised. Future issuances under the Company's employee share schemes will be made under the Company's March 2026 block admission facility as announced on 26 March 2026. Following this issue, the Company has the ability to admit a further 49,627,581 Ordinary Shares under its March 2026 block admission facility.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company announces that as at 31 May 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 972,897,623 Ordinary Shares. The Company did not hold any shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 May 2026 is 972,897,623. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
