("Highway" or the "Company")

Update on Publication of Annual Accounts and Recent Fundraising

 

The Company provides the following update regarding the publication of its outstanding annual accounts and associated corporate activity.

Since June 2026, the Company has successfully raised a total of £54,200 in debt to fund professional fees associated with the preparation and audit of its annual accounts. The loans have a term of 12 months and bear interest at 10% per annum.

These funds have been used to engage the Company's auditors and other advisers necessary to finalise the accounts.

The preparation of the Company's 2025 annual accounts is now complete, and the Company published them on 26 October 2026.

The Company has also extended its accounting period from February 2026 to August 2026.

The Company is currently preparing its Interim Accounts and is working closely with its advisers and the Financial Conduct Authority with the aim of restoring trading in its shares as soon as possible following publication.

A further update will be provided in due course.
