Invesco Global Equity Income Trust plc Dividend Increase for the year ending 31 May 2027

The Board of Invesco Global Equity Income Trust plc (the “Company”) is pleased to announce its intention to increase the Company’s dividend by 18.5% for the financial year ending 31 May 2027.

Due to the significant increase in the Company’s NAV per share during the year to 31 May 2026 and applying the Company’s stated dividend policy, which anticipates the payment of an annual dividend of at least 4.0 per cent. of the NAV per share as at the end of the preceding financial year, the Board is pleased to confirm its intention to increase the aggregate dividends in respect of the financial year ending 31 May 2027 to 16.0 pence per share. The aggregate annual dividends equate to just over 4.0 per cent. of the Company’s NAV per share as at 31 May 2026 of 397.56 pence. This compares to the aggregate dividends paid in respect of the previous financial year of 13.5 pence per share, representing an increase of 18.5%, or 2.5 pence per share.

It is intended that four equal distributions of 4.0 pence per share will be paid in each of August, November, February and May of the Company’s current financial year.

The first interim dividend of 4.0 pence per share will be paid on 13 August 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 July 2026. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 23 July 2026.
