The Board of Invesco Bond Income Plus Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, following the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 17 June 2026, Mark Bridgeman has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Company. Mark has also been appointed to the Company’s Audit & Risk, Management Engagement and Remuneration & Nomination Committees.

Mark brings a wealth of investment and investment trust experience, gained through his extensive executive career at Schroders as both a fund manager and latterly as Head of Research, as well as through his non-executive roles. He is currently Chair of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc and has previously served as a director of JPMorgan Brazil Investment Trust plc, BlackRock Emerging Europe plc and The Law Debenture Corporation plc.

Commenting on the appointment, Heather MacCallum, Senior Independent Director, said:

Mark Bridgeman and a PCA have interests in 55,500 ordinary shares in the Company.
