Second Interim Dividend for the year ending 30 April 2027
The Board of Invesco Asia Dragon Trust plc (the “Company”) is pleased to declare a second interim dividend of 4.8 pence per share. This will be paid on 22 October 2026 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 2 October 2026. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 1 October 2026.
On 18 June 2026, the Company declared that, in line with its stated dividend policy of paying an annual dividend equal to approximately 4.0 per cent of the NAV per share as at the end of the preceding financial year, the aggregate dividend for the financial year ending 30 April 2027 would be 19.2 pence per share (2026: 15.8 pence).
It is intended that four equal distributions of 4.8 pence per share will be paid in each of July, October, January and April of the Company’s current financial year. The first interim dividend of 4.8 pence per share was paid on 30 July 2026.
