Intention to Launch an Offer for Subscription

The Directors of Molten Ventures VCT plc are pleased to announce their intention to launch a new offer for subscription (the "Offer") of up to £30 million in new Ordinary Shares in the 2026/27 and 2027/28 tax years, comprising an initial £10 million with an over-allotment facility of up to £20 million.

Full details of the Offer will be contained in an Offer document which the Company expects to publish in early October 2026, and the Offer is expected to open for applications shortly thereafter.
