Publication of 2025 Integrated Annual Report

Astana, Kazakhstan - 3 August 2026 - JSC National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy ("JSC NC KTZ" or the "Company"), the operator of the national railway infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, hereby announces the publication of its 2025 Integrated Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The 2025 Integrated Annual Report highlights the Group's operational and financial performance, strategic progress, and strong commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles during the year.

The Report has been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), GRI Standards, and incorporates the recommendations of the TCFD and SASB frameworks. Selected non-financial disclosures have received independent limited assurance from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

The full electronic version of the 2025 Integrated Annual Report is available for viewing and downloading in PDF format on the Company's official website at: https://railways.kz A copy of the Integrated Annual Report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://fca.org.uk
