Formjet PLC27 February 2007 FORMJET PLC HOLDING OF THE COMPANY In compliance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Formjet plc ("theCompany") was notified by Barclays plc on behalf of Barclays StockbrokersLimited - (a) on 22nd February 2007 that Barclays Stockbrokers Limited had indirect voting rights over 7,823,950 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company, representing 6.03% of the voting share capital of the Company; and (b) on 23rd February 2007 that it had indirect voting rights over 7,516,698 ordinary shares, representing 5.79% of the voting share capital of the Company.
